Repeating or Bulk Listings

You may schedule listings either one at a time, or in bulk, by specifying a repetition factor.  This feature saves time if you sell the same things over and over.

There is no extra charge or fee for using the Scheduler.

To repeat a listing:

  1. Fill in a non-zero value into the repeat "quantity" field.

  2. Specify how far apart you want the listings spaced (up to 999 minutes or days. See note 1 below).

  3. Click SUBMIT.  The listing shows up as a single, brown-colored listing in your Pending folder.

  4. After the listing launches, you will see a new, green entry in your Current folder.

  5. The brown listing will stay in your pending folder until the quantity reaches zero.

Note: Information about spacing listings apart.

If you schedule a listing, it will launch within ten (10) minutes of the time you schedule.

The resolution is set to 10 minutes because eBay requires that you space them apart, primarily for your own good -- otherwise last-second bidding activity may be limited (diluted) such that you don't get market value.
