Trouble with Pop-Ups

Some sections of the Auction Hawk website use pop-up windows. Here are the steps you need to take to ensure all sections of the website operate correctly.

 

The first step resolves the issue 95% of the time.

 

1. Turn off all pop-up blockers.  Or, add "selelbrity.com" to your list of allowed websites.  Norton users: Go to Norton Virus protection and then click on Norton Anti Spam, and turn off pop-up blocking.

2. Make sure your browser has JavaScript enabled:

• IE:  Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Enable JavaScript

• Netscape:  File -> Preferences -> Enable JavaScript

3. Disable virus protection.

4. Disable any third-party browser software you are using.
