Working with Shipping, and Payment Policies

Auction Hawk lets you create re-usable shipping/payment "policies".  Or, you can specify a unique policy for each listing without ever having to create a "policy."  Note: Make sure your pop-up blockers are disabled.  For more information please click here.

 

How to create a Policy (simple method):

1. In the 1-Page Lister, select [Create New Policy].  (A pop-up appears.)

2. In the pop-up, enter your policy and then click "Use In Listing."  You must click the USE button to use the work in your listing, otherwise it is lost..

3. Your policy will show up in your listing.  In addition, each time you EDIT or COPY that listing, the work will still be present.

To save and re-use your work:

• After Step 1 above, click "Save As."

• Complete Steps 2 and 3, above.

• The next time you create a listing, you may select the policy you just created by using the pull-down.

Power Tip:  You may "override" a profile by loading it, making edits, and clicking the USE button without clicking the SAVE AS button.
