Using Inventory features

Inventory gives you some additional tracking and management functions.  To add an item to Inventory, just specify "Add To Inventory" in the 1-Page Lister.

 

If you list an item to Inventory, it does not get listed, nor is it scheduled. When you save an item to Inventory, it saves the listing you have created until you decide to list it to eBay.  It is given "Held" status.  After you schedule, it will go to "Pending".

 

Once you have listed an item to inventory, send that item to your Inventory.

Here are the benefits of using inventory:

 

1. You can use One-Click List.  One-Click List is a feature that is available from the Inventory page only. With this feature, you can check the boxes for as many listings as you want, specify a quantity for each, and launch them to eBay with one click.

2. You can check status at-a-glance.  The Inventory page also tells you how many listings are pending, current, sold, and unsold.
