Getting Started

Are you just getting started?  Then welcome to Auction Hawk! Here's a quick account setup checklist.

 

  1. Ensure your materials were imported correctly by clicking the Listings tab. Any listings you have running on eBay will automatically be imported as soon as you join, including the descriptions! First, however, you must authorize your eBay Password.

  2. Go to your user preferences and fill out every page.  First, click on the Preferences tab and complete as much information as possible.  There are Preference pages for auction information and parameters, like Selling & Checkout and eBay User ID, as well as Auction Hawk preference information.  Your selling experience will be maximized by making sure your information is as complete as possible (see our Privacy Policy).

  3. If you wish to use eBay checkout so that your buyers can checkout from the eBay listing page, you must enable that feature at eBay.com

NOTE: All eBay checkout info will be stored in your Sold folder regardless of any of the settings discussed above.

Importing Listings from eBay

Any listings you have running on eBay will automatically be imported as soon as you join, including the descriptions! First, however, you must authorize your eBay Password.

 

To import listings you did not create through us, simply click the refresh button.  This is located in the information bar on the left under the My Home tab. This will import a 120-day "window" of your listings.
