Yes. Auction Hawk reserves the right to refuse business with any customer who violates our Customer Conduct code.  You will always receive responses within 24 hours (except where posted) -- and we'll always take a "team" approach to problems.

 

Our rules of conduct are designed to keep YOU happy -- by allowing us to spend more time with YOU on your most important questions.

 

If you use profanity, or any demeaning, racial or any kind of abusive or intimidating language within any medium of contact with us, we reserve the right to terminate the conversation and block all future contact without notice. We also reserve the right to pass this information onto the relevant authorities and we will prosecute your actions where necessary.

 

You are expected to honor our Terms of Service as well as eBay's, and to use our templates in the manner advertised.  For example, you will not use our Valentine templates to sell pornography. You will not list adult listings in non-adult categories.

 

If you violate our conduct policy,

 

• We will inform you of the violation.

• We will refund your full last month's payment.

• You may be denied account access, depending on the nature of the violation.
