Marking Status of Listings

Auction Hawk allows you to assign a status to each item.  This is done in the Sold Folder. Use the pull-down to change the status of the item.

 

Your choices are:

 

1. First contact made.  (marked automatically)
2. Paid, uncleared.
3. Paid. (marked automatically)*
4. Packed.
5. Shipped.
6. Mark as shipped + Send e-mail.**
7. Non-Paying Bidder.

 
We automatically set the status in the following situations:
 

• When we send Winning Bidder Notifications for you, we enable the E-MAIL SENT flag.

• When your customer checks out using our checkout system (if you have Checkout enabled), we change the status to PAID, UNCLEARED or PAID, CLEARED, whichever is applicable.

• When your customer checks out using eBay checkout.

• When your customer leaves you feedback, eBay lets us know and then we enable the FEEDBACK RECEIVED flag.

• When you leave the customer feedback, we enable the FEEDBACK LEFT flag.

* PayPal note: Your listings will not be marked as paid if your buyer uses PayPal's Instant Notifications or PayPal's auto-logo insertions. For supplemental information, click here.
 
** Mark as Shipped + Send E-mail:  This feature will mark all your checked items as shipped, and then allow you to bulk-mail a shipping message to all of those customers.
