Auction Hawk will not charge you without your prior authorization. Your 21-day free trial is absolutely free. Just cancel within 21 days and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, we assume you want to continue making use of the image space we have reserved for you.
In order to ensure every customer's full understanding of this policy, we have posted this policy on the user sign-up page, the user agreement, our pricing page, this help section, and the page where you submit your credit card.
Remember, if you decided to give a credit card, that is your option and it is not required. It is your responsibility to cancel.
Why do we have to charge even for non-usage? As a member, you receive our guarantee for disk space being available at all times. This is disk space we can make available to other users. As part of the service you are paying for, we store your images and templates on our servers and in our database.
