Archiving or deleting listings

When you delete a listing, it moves to your Archive. Auction Hawk archives all of your listings for the entire duration of your membership.

 

On the archive page, you can download your sales history into Microsoft Excel, Quicken, or QuickBooks.

 

When you delete a listing:

 

• The listing will not appear in your Archive until the following morning.

• The description is deleted from our records -- therefore cannot be restored.  (You might try a neat trick of grabbing the HTML back from eBay.)  If you need to clone (copy) items, make sure to keep them in your Sold or Unsold folder; or, make a template out of it.
