Your One-Year Archive

The Archive is where all your listings go when they are "deleted."  Listings are never really deleted.  Note:  Once an item is moved to the archive, however, its description is deleted, and it can not be moved back into another folder.

 

Starting at Day 1 of your membership, we store every parameter of each of your listings. This includes listing fees, PayPal fees, tax, profit, loss, hit counts, bid counts, starting and ending times, and high bidder userid and email information.
 

Ways your Archive benefits you:

 

• Go to your Archive folder to look up old listings.

• Download your history in Excel, Quicken, or Quickbooks.

• Grab your previous customers' e-mail addresses so that you can mail them E-mail Offers.

• Run a report on your shipping costs, PayPal costs, etc.

When you cancel your membership, your Archive is permanently deleted. The solution to this, of course, is to never cancel!
